Our multilayer extrusion printing machines, equipped with top-revolve wind-cooling units, facilitate the production of plastic films such as Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). These extrusion machines are seamlessly integrated with reel-to-reel flexographic printing units, allowing for immediate printing following the extrusion of the plastic film.
Furthermore, our printing technologies include Rotogravure machines capable of printing up to nine colors, equipped with automatic viscosity controllers and inline camera inspection systems to ensure precision and quality. Our in-house lamination processes, including solvent-based lamination, maintain the highest standards of quality for our packaging materials.
Our comprehensive array of slitting, sealing, and bag-making equipment completes our end-to-end manufacturing process.
